Our vision outlines how technological automation can change future societies.

Our vision is that in 30 years automatisation has made the work environment more human centered.

Repetative, unsocial tasks are completed by technology.

The solutions are open source, decentralized and understandable. The collected data are used under strong regulations for data

privacy.

Given the example of a supermarket employee.

In a supermarket your items are not checked out by a person instead the employee focuses on human interaction, asks for preferences and gives

recommendations.

Teachers concentrate on the interactions with students and individual supports. Administrative and further analoge tasks are automated.

Due to automatisation many jobs will not be necessary anymore and retraining of those worker can benefit society.

For example trucks and metros are self-driving and their previous drivers can work on installing renewable energy technology or green infrastructure

development.

The work force can also shift to a 30 hours work week as people are free of redundant work.
